Janet, Happy New Year! I wanted to start this year telling you how much I appreciate your assistance in getting a loan for Mike & Sherie C. They had found their dream home where they planned to live out their lives. It was a pleasure for me to help a retired disabled vet to find this home. Unfortunately, the lender they selected, before I had met them, kept asking for more and more information and after 45 days turned their loan down 3 days before the closing date. It was a very frustrating experience for all of us.
